How do I pay online using my credit or debit card?

During checkout you will be prompted to select a payment method. Select the ‘Debit and Credit Card’ option and once you’ve opted to place your order, you will be asked to enter your debit or credit card details to securely pay online.

If you’ve initially selected to pay via EFT and now want to pay via your debit or credit card, just go to https://pay.yoco.com/labelyourlife and enter your details.

All payments are handled securely via Yoco

I’ve placed an order but haven’t completed payment?

Easy, just go to https://pay.yoco.com/labelyourlife and enter your details.

How to pay using Zapper when placing an order from your smartphone?

 If you have the Zapper app installed on your smartphone, go to Step 2

  1. Open the following link on your smartphone: https://get.zapper.com/
    • Tap on the green ‘GET ZAPPER NOW’ button and install the app
    • The first time you open the app, you will need to register your details and verify your phone
  2. On the checkout page, choose Zapper as your payment method.
  3. You will be redirected to the Zapper payment page
  4. Click on the ‘Pay Now’ button which will open the Zapper app
  5. The correct payment will be shown
  6. If you don’t have a Payment method saved, do the following:
    1. Tap on the ‘Add Payment Method’
    2. Tap ‘Add Card’
    3. Either Scan your Card or enter your card details manually and select SAVE
  7. Select a Payment Method
  8. Tap on the ‘PAY’ option at the bottom of the screen
  9. Once the payment is processed successfully, you will be returned to your order confirmation page showing a summary of your order
How to pay using Zapper when placing an order from your computer?

 If you have the Zapper app installed on your smartphone, go to Step 2

  1. Open the following link on your smartphone: https://get.zapper.com/
    • Tap on the green ‘GET ZAPPER NOW’ button and install the app
    • The first time you open the app, you will need to register your details and verify your phone
  2. On the checkout page on your computer, choose Zapper as your payment method.
  3. You will be redirected to the Zapper payment page on your computer
  4. Open the Zapper app on your smartphone and scan the QR code displayed on the computer
  5. The correct payment will be shown
  6. If you don’t have a Payment method saved, do the following:
    1. Tap on the ‘Add Payment Method’
    2. Tap ‘Add Card’
    3. Either Scan your Card or enter your card details manually and select SAVE
  7. Select a Payment Method
  8. Tap on the ‘PAY’ option at the bottom of the screen
  9. Once the payment is processed successfully, you will be returned to your order confirmation page showing a summary of your order
