George delivery
  • Will be delivered next working day if order is placed and proof of payment is received before 10:00 a.m.

No, you will be given an option to create an account but this is not a requirement to place an order.

  • We try to minimise mistakes and sending the order summary to you via email is the easiest way for you to check that the names and all details you need printed are exactly what you expect.
  • For security reasons, we also send the bank details for EFT payments out via email

There are two payment options available at checkout.

  • EFT - Direct payment into our bank account
    • Bank details will be provided via email once the order has been submitted
  • Creditcard - Online portal via Yoco, or scanning a QR code using one of the following apps on your phone;
    • Masterpass, Snapscan or Zapper

  • If you don't fancy sitting around waiting for a courier, we would recommend using the 'pudo locker' option at checkout. This means you can collect your labels 24/7 at any pudo locker from over 1200 locations throughout South Africa, at a time that is convenient to you.
  • If you need your labels quicker, we also have a courier option available for your convenience.
  • Lastly, if you're in George in the Western Cape we can meet you or deliver by hand to George Central and the immediate surrounding areas.
  • Delivery takes place Monday to Friday during normal working hours, excluding public holidays

Nationwide courier delivery
  • Delivery to a pudo locker is R60 and may take up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays)
  • The standard delivery charge via courier is R155 to most South African cities and towns and takes between 1 to 2 work days

George delivery
  • R25 - Delivery to George Central (CBD) is currently available free of charge.

Unfortunately no.  Courier fees for Saturday deliveries are currently in excess of R500 which means this is not a viable option for our products.

  • The fastest option is via courier which takes between 1-2 work days (Monday to Friday) to your door, depending on location.
  • If you're not in a rush, pudo delivery takes on average between 2 to 5 work days (Monday to Friday), either to a locker or your door depending on location.

For all other locations or for towns near these centres but outside of the main delivery area, the minimum cost will be R125 but feel free to contact us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order.

Certainly, as long as there are no commercial restrictions on the font in question you may provide the font to us for printing.

Yes, but it needs to be a single-colour picture not subject to copyright protection, which will be printed in a single colour, normally black resin.

We have a variety of label sizes and types available and we have relationships with manufacturers to enable us to provide almost any type and size you require.  Minimum quantities would apply as would processing and delivery lead times.
